3773 Vermont Road

Job #331, designed for W.B. McClellan in 1937. The house sold for around $600,000 in spring 1997. Wes Vawter, the Jenny Pruitt listing agent, was kind enough to send me these pictures of the renovated kitchen, the living room, and the dining room. Vermont Road is one of the prettiest in Atlanta. It is the main thoroughfare within the exclusive subdivision of Brookhaven.
